Review: Everything were good. Include friendly staff and the best location to eat, massage and shop
Positive points: we love the breakfast spread.. always been our favorite hotel in Batam..
Negative points: the food or maybe toilet type of smell when coming in to the hotel. should do something about it.

Review: Have a great stay in iHotel. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel location is excellent with many massage outlets nearby to choose and a great shopping center, the Grand Batam Mall just within the walking distance. For food, it is just a walk distance away to the A2 food court with many variety of food to choose. Good choice to book iHotel Baloi

Negative points: Hot, environment polluted and very dirty. Almost got robbed by two men

Negative points: The housekeeping didn't give me another set of shower gel and shampoo on Day 2 which ran out after Day 1. I hope you could inform housekeeping to be more generous with shower gel and shampoo which is essential to guests.

Positive points: The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience. This stay is the first for our family and will be the top option for accommodation when we decide to go to Batam.

Negative points: My check in time given on-site was later than what was stated in their web site. So I need to go for a massage around the area to kill time prior to check-in.

Review: This property offers incredible value with a prime location, spotless cleanliness and welcoming staff who genuinely enhance our experience. The breakfast has a good spreads and we are spoilt for choice. Overall its's a fantastic choice for a short, memorable and comfortable short getaway

Negative points: Aircon was not very cold but informed the staff and technicians were quick to come up and check but still not as cold that we expected.
