Review: Upset with the BREAKFAST with least choices of food

Positive points: The bed & pillows are very comfortable. Wifi good and lot of eateries around. Very central and you can go to all the good malls less than 10mins by Grab.
Negative points: Security. Although we must tap the card to press to our floor but I noticed that there are people who do not tap. There was a lady who followed us to our floor n pretending to look for room. When approached, she just walk off.

Review: Very very and super long check in. Room not ready. Wait almost 2hrs or so. Maybe less staff for rooms? Too many extras to pay for this and tht. Just great view when I had my breakfast. Get to see morning sun.

Negative points: I have to wait for housekeeping to separate bed, the room light was blinking afternoon I inform 3 time only then they came at night. Then got pest mayb my floor is 1st floor....
