Staff are friendly & attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Quite value for money and a perfect spot for those looking to enjoy comfort & convenience during their stay.

Review: Shout out to Fa'ul( house keeping Departments) who gave us top knotch of service!!he is a gem!nnOver all makes me happy, except parking system.nWe drove to the hotel, and the receptionist gave us only 2 vouchers to parking. We keep drive around. And we always have an issues with parking. Front desk told us to show just a picture of the parking voucher and that would be fine. But it's the other way round. We have to pay. The first your management recovered. But it still happened again. That's the only flaws sadly of our perfect stay.

Review: Stayed for 1 night at this relatively new hotel, which is conveniently located next to a shopping area. The staff were okay, although the door porter was friendlier than the counter staff.nnOne major issue that might affect my decision to stay again is the unpleasant smell. At times, when opening the door, a strong sewage smell wafts in, and my room also had an on-and-off odor issue.nnOverall, the location is great, but the smell issue needs attention.nnYour review is clear and helpful!

We love the environmental friendly wooden key cards, smart on-off shower design and glass bottled water. nnAbsolute convenience with direct sheltered access to Grand Batam Mall via level 2 - 5 lift lobby. Alternatively, it’s 30 secs to the mall from main lobby and 1min walk to massage place.nnFront desks personnels are welcoming, showering guest with a perfect 5-star experience. Thank you Salika and Salsa for arranging a taxi during peak hours, taking care of my luggage before check-in and arranging house keeping.
