Review: The room smelly. If u have to change need to wait or the staff won't bother at all.. need to call few time.
Positive points: Good services
Review: Check in room till 4 hours delayed and Tower B lift use to breakdown

Review: The pillow & kettle was dirty. Water heater was unstable, awhile very hot awhile very cool. But the staff response was fast and helpful. Hope can improve the cleanliness will be perfect

Negative points: Very disappointed with the breakfast serving cold foods and with little selection. Also the pool furniture Is old and torn, giving a Very Bad image. Really shock and suprise Being a 4 Star hotel.

Negative points: Given room next to lift. Poor sound proved...resulting cannot sleep. Changed room in the middle of night.
Review: All good except that one lift is under servicing and the wait time to get to the lobby can be long. Other than that, no complaints
Negative points: The bed and chair have bedbug. Make me scratch my whole body.
Review: Hotel is very near the Nagoya Shopping Mall. Room is clean and spacious.
