Review: Just 1 toilet not suitable for 8 ppl to stay and toilet door difficult to sliding
Review: Not clean, toilet full of small cockroaches.,.sofa has small bugs crawling, wifi is not working
Review: Very easy checkin, just use the code that the renter provided. But the bathroom carpet is not very clean, it's like it hasn't been changed yet. also the room cleanliness is not very much perfect which is acceptable considering this is not hotel , but a serviced apartment. the good thing is they provide outdoor pool, and gym, which is quite large. Also it's located in the heart of batam center, so it's quite strategic.
Review: nice
Positive points: Location is good. There is a mall at ground floor but many shops are yet to open. The staff is extremely great. I called for a air-conditioning issue and request for an iron.. the reponse is immediate and issue/request resolved ASAP.nnThank you!!!
Negative points: If the shops in the mall and surrounding areas are open... then the location would be great!!!
Review: Kemana mana dekat, apartement bagus dan terawat
Positive points: Fairly good room
Negative points: Communication is a challenge with certain things.
Review: It's like a dormitory..
Negative points: it ran out of water on the third day our stay. I kept messaging the staff but nobody came it wasn’t fixed.
Review: Cocok untuk staycation bareng teman2 karena kamar nya luas. Tapi mungkin perlu bawa alat masak dan sabun cuci piring sendiri
Review: Dihubungi tidak aktif sehingga batal nginap.
