Newly Renovated 55th Floor Seaview Unit Pollux Batam

Positive points: Everything was great....could have been better if towels could be change on daily basis...water pressure wasn't good....can't connect e room wifi....oso we bought breakfast 1 morning...but was taken by someone else at e reception....en reception can only identify e name en nor e taker unit no. To us it's jus a small sum...but to e Indonesian...is quite a sum....I suggest e reception shld apply a better system of how to receive en collection of whatever been delivered.nBut other den dat ....everything else was great....

Review: Room is rather small for couple. Nice view though. Quite near to Batam Centre and One Batam Mall. Nice eateries nearby.

Review: The room is very self contained with a full fridge and microwave. Nice bed and view too. The water however is very inconsistent and both the temperature and flow are hard to control. The toilet floods at the side too. The WiFi wasnt working on the first day and there was a persistent faint fire alarm ringing for the whole of 2 days. Great location and view makes up for the price. Check in was easy with prompt responses from host. The cleaner knocked on our door for check out at 12pm sharp.
