Review: This is my second time staying at Pollux Habbie and once again, it did not disappoint. Everything was excellent – from the clean and comfortable room to the smooth check-in experience. Review: Had a short stay at this property. Host was super friendly and so helpful. The property was incredible. The only issue was aircons in both rooms were not cold. Everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Review: Always a great time booking with them though perhaps on our trip this time maybe was a bit off. Aircon unit was leaking and ended up soaking the pull out bed, hence me and my friends have to squeeze in one bed which was a challenge, there was a staff who assisted but didnt really resolve the issue as it continued to leak and no alternative bed was given. WIFI was not working throughout our stay. hope this feedback would help the property management to look into their room's maintenance and improve on customer experience

Positive points: It is located middle of batam centre. nThe most beautiful stay location with swimming pool, Netflix. Toilet very clean with heater. Mini kitchen with portable pan, cup, plates. Hair dryer provided.

Review: Location to other places if you frequent to batam can be consider quite far. The apartment are equipped with everything as per picture. The apartment has poor ventilation and smells weird. It gets very eerie at night. But you get what you paid for.
