Review: The staff are very friendly,the room is clean and tidy. And the place is very convenient it's near to the mall,massage and spa is all around the corner.
Positive points: Breakfast Good.the Longton.
Negative points: So far so good
Review: Overall is good especially the location. Couldn’t sleep on the first night due to the motorbike noises from the main road even past midnight, was at 9th fl. Requested to change room on the following nights. Oh btw, tiny pool. See pics.

Review: I KNEW THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST 4 STARS HOTEL IN THE PAST, BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS NOT AS GOOD AS PREVIOUSLY. STAFF ATTITUDE AND CLEANLINESS MUST BE IMPROVED, ELSE SOON OR LATER THIS HOTEL MIGHT BE GONE.nnWE LEAVE HOTEL EARLIER THAN PLAN BECAUSE IT WAY BELOW OUR EXPECTACTION. MY HUBBY LEFT HIS SONY HEADSET IN THE HOTEL AND MESSAGED THROUGH AGODA, BUT UNFORTUNATELY NO RESPONSE AT ALL. HENCE, IT WAS A TOTAL UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!

Review: Good hotel to stay during vacation at Batam. Near to Nagoya shopping center. Overall satisfied with my stay at the hotel.
Positive points: The place is clean and the staff was polite and good and to travel from the ferry and the shopping mall was so convenient. For sure Will come back again.
Negative points: So far it was none to my experience.
Review: Best hotel, breakfast spread is the best and the live band is superb. Friendly staff and Management. You wont regret the hospitality given. During breakfast 1st time I see so many manpower and the management is always there to support the team. Keep up & all the best!
Positive points: proximity to shopping mall. And because it was raining heavily we were not affected at all.
Negative points: 1) we were a bit late, reaching breakfast venue at about 9, not unexpected some of the food was depleted. But there don't seem to have topping up. Perhaps the kitchen can manage with expected number of guest and follow up with a small top uprn2) Feedback -We ordered room service and 1 of the order was tenderloin steak. Interestingly we were served with a butter knife. But upon request, we were given a dinner steak cutting knifern3) Location - Shopping mall still have some good shops and plenty massage parlours around. Unlike the hotel, the mall looks dated and tire and so doesn't compliment well with the hotel
