Review: saya mntk cancel oder sbb trdouble oder tetapi tidak dapat ,just nak cancel 1bilik je sedihnya tidak boleh nak tukr ke extended day boleh x boleh last2 bilik kosong je 😓
Positive points: Everything here I like. The hotel also close to many shop such as mini market, karaoke, morning bakery, kedai makan sederhana, spa, atm machine. You can reach all the location by walking only
Negative points: The parking you will need to pay. But it’s oke because they will give you 10000rp
Review: Good location. Got Morning Bakery and Sederhana within walkable distance. Nice room.
Positive points: The staff and the facilities/amenities provided was very good. They were all very friendly and very informative when we asked around about the suitable place to go and visit. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Negative points: The refrigerator was not functioning very well. It didn’t get cold and when we placed our kueh lapis, the cake already got moldy and we had to throw it away. Informed the receptionist and he only said thanks for the information and no compensation was given due to the incident.
Review: Clean room and friendly staff. Location is a bit out of the way from major shopping malls.
Positive points: Comfortable room , helpful staff and good location.
Negative points: All the surrounding shops and the malls are closed, only left a few place for food. Almost like a dead town.

Negative points: Hotel and room facing an abandoned building although its under reconstruction. The room given at the end & last room. Didn’t feel comfortable and get-to sleep well on the first night.

Positive points: The spa is in the hotel. It is very convenient to spa at night n then just walk back to the hotel room. Room facilities are clean and the room is spacious.
Negative points: Location. Kepri mall is undergoing reno so one needs to taxi/grab to other malls. However we were told that the mall is opening at the end of 2024.
Review: When entering in our room, the room is extremely hot. Even tried to set air conditioning to 16degree. But it took more than 1 hour then slight had a breeze. We had to bath with the cold water. But even their cold water is running luke warm and then hot. Need to fine tune it every once awhile. Saw a sweet wrap on the floor when initial enter the room. Especially the bed nearer to the door. Hardly getting any wifi signal and any air con. Room phone also not working. Try to avoid staying the farthest room from the lift.

Positive points: The room was exactly as per what i booked. It was a nice hotel
Negative points: The Location - I booked this hotel because of the review were saying that the location is near to the mall with a good vibe. Unfortunately, the mall named Kepri Mall was closed down since Covid and it is currently under renovation stage. Therefore, there is not much we can do when we were at the hotel. We have to go to Nagoya city center which is much more happening.rnrnSpa - Unable to have the experience of having spa with this hotel due to fully booked. I though we can just walk in for the service, but we need to make a booking first. Not really a concern but definitely will do the booking later for the next trip.

Positive points: The staff are all well mannered and friendly, the facilities are all so wonderful, everything is so perfect. Will definitely bring my family here again.
