Review: I had some special requirements for an early check-in, and even though my room wasn't available, I was given a significantly upgraded room. I enjoyed my stay thanks to the courteous and professional staff.

Review: Amazing location
Positive points: We loved the location by the COEX mall in Gangnam. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was very large with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living area. The tea service on the first day was a very special touch. The staff were very helpful. The spa was superb with onsen, wet and dry sauna, hot tub and pool. There is also a full gym. Great value for money.

Negative points: Air conditions was turned off in entire building and our room was too warm. We had a hard time sleeping the first two of our five night stay.
Review: First time to Korea. This was a fun place to stop on a business trip. I spent 3 nights at the Oakwood and enjoyed the shops and restaurants nearby
Positive points: The room space and design are worth staying in for the next time. It gives you the feeling of a comfortable home, in addition to the open kitchen. All these advantages are not found in many hotels.
Negative points: Just house keeping need to improve
