Review: The quality of the room is good, the service is good, however, the shower tap does not have hot and cold water instructions, so it is a bit confusing.

Positive points: We stayed at Nesta Hanoi twice, from 7-8 July 2024 & 10-11 July 2024. The location is quite convenient in Hanoi compared to other locations near tourist attractions, which we know very noisy. Type of room we chose was corner, offering views to South & East. Modern facilities, unique docoration, also provide good service.nAs Muslims, Nesta caters to our needs with various halal options, incluiding rice, eggs, fruit & bread. Moreover, the hotel’s location is near halal restaurants.

Negative points: During our second stay at Nesta Hotel, we encountered several issues that impacted our experience. We checked in around 9 pm, & receptionist we interacted with was less friendly than we had hoped. The room we assigned had a less-than-ideal location, with a wall obstructing the view. Additionally, the shower in our room had low pressure. As Muslims, we found the breakfast options to be limited.

Review: No pickup point of tour to ha long bay, Hanoi to SaPa. Need to go and wait at Opera House. Room are no sound proofing. Can hear talking from beside room. Don’t get feeling of travelling. Quite far from night market also.

Review: With all the craziness of the traffic outside it is lovely to come back to this quiet haven with the tranquility of a spa.. I enjoyed the full body massage & Hair conditioning.. felt amazing afterwards.. The staff are so lovely & friendly would have stayed longer if I knew beforehand.. Enjoy

Positive points: The employees were all so kind. They helped me with all my extra requests without a hiccup. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked perfectly. The breakfast had great Asian and western choices that were a little different each day. The location could not have been any better.
