Review: Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Def will come back.

Review: There isn't a swimming pool or bar. The restaurant only had breakfast and it wasn't good. The shower put water all over the bathroom floor. It isn't worth the money. Would never stay there again. The staff was nice though.

Review: Great place, fantastic location in the old town, and such great staff, good food and a shopping mall directly opposite the front door. I'm going to stay here every time I come back on business for the next 2 years, or longer.

Review: The hotel is a bit expensive compared to many hotels in the Hoan Kiem area but the free upgrade to an apartment room more than made up for that. The hotel is in a good location for the Hai Ba Trung district, convenient to the Vin Com shopping centre and with good connections for buses and taxis. Also lots of restaurants nearby.
