Review: I booked a room for the running event on November 3rd. The location is convenient, close to the starting point of the race. The facilities are not really good. The room door only has a regular lock, not a keycard, which is a bit inconvenient for those returning later when someone else is sleeping in the room and has locked the door they have to ask the reception to call and unlock it, disturbing the sleep of the other person. The bathroom door lock feels makeshift. The stairs were being renovated with new carpeting during my stay. The breakfast (1 meal + drink) will be brought to the room. For breakfast, I was served a bowl of pho and a glass of water (in a small paper cup sized like a cup used to refill water for runners).

After a day of work, I feel very pleasant when I enter the hotel and meet the friendly gazes, smiles, and hospitality of the reception staff, making me feel very comfortable. nThank you to the hotel for giving me restful nights at A25, thank you to the reception staff for always being eager to help me, and thank you to the security guard for offering water and always being cheerful when seeing me. You are truly professional. 5-star rating. Excellent!

Review: The room is spacious, equipped with essential items, and quite quiet. However, the hair dryer is a bit weak and takes a long time to use.

Review: When I first arrived in the room, the smell hit me like a ton of bricks. And I'm a smoker with no sense of smell. Smoking in the room actually improved the smell. It just felt dirty. Every crease and crevasse had mold and dirt. I found a broken pair of extremely rusty child safety scissors with A25 stickers on it to make sure you wouldn't steal them... I had an open mind about it and didn't complain. Just thought, ok maybe this isn't crazy in Vietnam for $27 after fees and whatnot. Then I went 20meters around the corner to friends apartment. It looked like a 5 star resort hotel with full kitchen, stainless steel appliances. I freaked out and asked how much she paid after fees. She said $27. My heart sunk to realize how incredibly cheated I was. The morning staff was average, but really the only redeemable thing was the young man working the night shift (I arrived at 3am). He was incredibly nice and helpful, even while we struggled to communicate in English. He deserves a raise.
