Review: 部屋から西湖が見えて空間が広がってロケーションが良く、一階のスーパーでは日用品や食品、お水が揃い、更に徒歩10分程度でLOTTE　MART商業施設に到着して、食料品、レストランも充実して便利。お部屋には調理器具、食器の備えが有るので、自炊楽しめます。炊飯器は無かったので、コシヒカリ1㎏買ってお鍋で炊きました。毎日お掃除サービス有り、そのスタッフとは翻訳アプリで交流しました。レセプションのスタッフは英語が通じます。環境的にも静かでとてもゆっくり過ごせました。

Review: A place worth staying, I booked a 1-bedroom unit, but was upgraded to a 2-bedroom unit. Very spacious and clean. The white bath towels are fresh, fragrant, and soft.

Review: I really didn't have high expectations before arriving because I had changed a lot of places and booked on many apps, but I wasn't very satisfied with the service and the quality of rooms in Hanoi. However, I found a good price and quality, better than what I had experienced before regarding affordable prices. It was the first time I received this when staying here everything is very clean and convenient. I will stay here for my next work trip to Hanoi. Thanks, Muse.

Positive points: Nothing.

Negative points: The apartment smelt of a strong odour of food and we spotted cockroaches crawling down the kitchen cupboards.nnSleeping on the bed was equivalent to sleeping on a table with a bed sheet over it. Very hard and uncomfortable. I’ve travelled to almost 30 countries and this by far was the worst bed I’ve even slept on in my entire life. It should not even be considered a bed!

Negative points: Hard to find entrance to the building - it was around the back, not in the front.. the address is not in Google maps, Google sends you 100 meters to the north.nIt would have been most helpful if this information was provided in advance, but it wasn't.nnAlso, the agent who was there to meet me was more than 20 minutes late. Once I found the lobby I had to sit there for a while before the agent finally showed up.nnI thought they were going to meet me when I walked in the lobby
