Review: Cleanliness and staff could use improvement. Just fine for this type of hotel. Would stay again.
Positive points: Breakfast was OK but not replenished so that as we came down a bit later we found most of the offerings were gone.
Negative points: There is some train noise but not too bothersome.
Review: Easy to walk around, not much restaurants nearby. Good to stay for 1 or 2 nights.
Positive points: The location is really good and the staff are accommodating.
Negative points: I don't like the door of the bathroom. I hope they'll fix it.

Positive points: We visited Sapa, Ninh Binh, Hai Phong via train. thus Mango Hotel is part of the Ha Noi train station. The coffee lounge at this hotel is open for passenger who wait for the train, as well as the restaurant next door open for lunch and dinner for train passenger. The room is quite with amber of space. the room has a dual unit heat/AC. Buffet breakfast has been upgrade compare to previous years stayed prior to Covid-19.
Negative points: the hotel didn't have a ramp for wheel chair accessible or passenger with multiple suitcases
Positive points: the breakfast was very basic...basic basic
Review: Due to Tet holiday, the hotel is lacking of staff manpower. However, we are lucky to meet the Hotel Manager Mr Trieu Anh and staff Ms Hoa who supported our group of 13 pax’s every single requests during our stay. We feeled like home . Mr Trieu Anh is one of the best and friendly staff we meet in the hotel so far
Positive points: Very clean and near The Train Station
Positive points: We notified the hotel that we arrive by train from Hải Phòng which departed at 9am and arrived at Long Bien station at 11:30am, The hotel understand the circumstance and let us check in as soon as we arrived at the hotel. This hotel is a transportation hub between plane, train, bus. The hotel has a back door which enters directly into the train station. The restaurant serves breakfast, set of lunch, a la carte, dinner. The hotel also has a lounge which serve afternoon tea and sweet cakes. This hotel is the best spot to catch the train to SaPa, Hải Phòng, Đà Nẳng, also the best spot to ride the number 86 bus to Nội Bài international airport
Negative points: The loud speaker from the Hà Nội train station which announcing train arrives or departs. This speaker goes on from 4:30am to 6:10am. After that time, it's quiet for the rest of the day. The street curb side need to repair. There was a big poodle of water you need to watch out as you get off the taxi
Review: Stayed for a night before going to Sapa. It was an awesome stay! Dont mind the low reviews, deserves higher! It was a nice hotel! Great stay! Will recommend!
