Positive points: It's a cozy little place, close to some interesting bars and restaurants. We got the code and entered without any hassle. They offer to pick you up from the airport for 340000 VND which is a decent price. nAlso, breakfast was provided in a kitchen where we could make it ourselves.
Negative points: I wouldn't choose it for longer stays as it's a bit small, but for shorter stays it's great. Also, the bathroom could use some rubber to avoid a slippery floor.

Negative points: Breakfast is limited
Positive points: This family owned homestay was a lovely stay. The location was splendid, 7 minute walk from train station to homestay and less than 10 minute walk to all shops and restaurants around the area. The room was clean and spacious. The family was so incredibly helpful helping me figure out how to navigate transportation around the city.
