Positive points: As expected, it was clean, comfortable, easily accessible and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was very good and every Asian cuisine was represented besides the normal English breakfast.
Negative points: Everything was perfect
Review: according to hotel request, i deposited 3,000,000 vnd. after checked out, i used a bottle of water. They said the refund will a bite late. i checked out on Apr 29,2025 until now still not get my refund.
Positive points: Clean & Spacious Room
Negative points: They took around $600 deposit for the stay and it took forever to be returned to the customer. Anyone who have intention to stay at this hotel must be careful of their return process while checkout.
Review: Quite disappointed for a 5 star hotel. On my last day the AC suddenly leaking. Breakfast is standard, but wish that for a 5 star hotel, could been better (at least a coffee with proper coffee maker) . The room was nice. However sound proof need to be improved, i can easily hear people talking in the hallway. The door lock , is only by card, it didn’t feel secure, wish that there is also a manual door latch.
Positive points: The rooms were very nice. And the restaurant offered fabulous breakfast.
Negative points: Too far from the Old Quarter.
Review: Overall ok place to stay, though traffic noises and honking can be heard even at like 2am or 6am. Premier lounge was a little disappointing and underwhelming, just go for a standard room without lounge access
Positive points: Everything was as good as you can expect from a high quality hotel.
Negative points: I booked the property at a late hour (around 21.00-22.00) and my booking was not available at their system immediately, so I had to wait more than an hour to check in my room. The staff was helpful but they should solve this issue for future late bookings.
Review: Pros: strategic location. Nearby to all my work purpose location. nCons:n- bad customer service. Receptionist always engaged.n- late room service.n- bathroom door not working despite fixed by worker.n- no good selection for breakfast. Everyday same. n- room lighting so dimn- pillow very thin.

Negative points: The location is not the best. Outside old quarter and in a noisy traffic intersection. If you like a quiet room you need a high floor room, then the situation improves
