Negative points: Messaged property about parking and location hours before checkin. No reply.nOnce I arrived I had issues finding property and messaged them again. No reply. I had to ask locals for help to find it. It’s located in an alley of an alley. The listing should make it more clear on how to find the property. This was after a 6 hr motorbike ride from Ha Giang. Still no reply (see the theme here?) After finding the property the security seemed like he was not aware that the property was booked. After much back and forth for 45 mins. It felt so scamish that before paying I asked to visually see the unit. Messaged property again about WiFi (still NO REPLY after 2 days here)nn- No hangers for clothesn- No basic trash bin anywhere in the unit. n- Fridge was NOT plugged in and still had tape on it from unboxing. I could have easily plugged it in but didn’t want to risk moving the fridge and possibly damaging the floor. So I was without a fridge for 2 days. n- No microwave as advertisednnnThe number one thing that made this stay terrible. You are asked (politely) to not leave the property after 10pm. The front/garage gate is managed by an older gentleman and ONLY HIS fingerprint opens the gate to enter the building. If he’s using the bathroom or away you’re stuck in a dark alley waiting… I would not advise female solo travelers to book this place. But you’re ok with not being able to explore Hanoi at night, have a curfew of 10pm, and never get a reply from the property then this is your place! nnContext: I motorbiked south to north Vietnam and stayed in many random/shady/ suspect places but this one takes the cake.

Negative points: The manager could answer our messages the next day. Everything is new, but it's already dirty. When we checked in, there was lots of hair on the floor, and we took a broom and swept it ourselves. We stayed there for a week, but no one cleaned the room during those days. If you want to come inside or go out, you need to ask a manager to register a fingerprint. She could do it only 4 days after we arrived, and before we always asked the security guard to open and close the door, what was very inconvenient because sometimes he wasn't there and if we come after 10 pm he was already sleeping and told us that he wouldn't open it after 10 pm. We were at the hotel or Christian camp? This place has good potential, but the stuff should pay more attention to the customers and the service.

Negative points: - Liên hệ Hotline khón- Thời gian trên booking để 13:00, nhưng bác bảo vệ báo 14:00 mới đc nhận phòngn- Phòng mình có nồi, bát đũa, mà chưa có gia vị 😄

Negative points: Phòng ko có tv, hơi nhỏ 1 chút, nhưng 1 người thì ở vậy cũng ok rồi. Có vẻ là ko có thang thoát hiểm

Negative points: Thiếu tiện nghi, phòng không giống ảnh, bảo vệ khó chịu ngay từ lúc đến, ra vào khó khăn (ko cho khách ra ngoài mua đồ hỏi mượn hỏi xin thì nói nặng nhẹ coi thường khách vì chỉ nghỉ 1 đêm), mượn đồ cũng khó chịu, chưa đến giờ trả phòng nhưng đã lên đập cửa ầm ầm đòi đồ. Nói với khách một kiểu nói với quản lí một kiểu khác (thiếu tiện nghi hỏi mượn đồ thì đc nói là đấy là giúp đỡ đấy là làm ơn làm phước cho khách, trả tiền mua dịch vụ mà cảm giác như đi ở nhờ và còn bị nói ko ra gì). Đã đi nhiều cơ sở Era khác một vài nơi cũng thiếu tiện nghi nhưng nhân viên rất thoải mái và nhiệt tình giúp đỡ nhưng chưa ở đâu có trải nghiệm tệ như ở đây!

Negative points: Trải nghiệm tại đây quá tệ: room quá thiếu tiện nghi, phải xin thêm từ ông bảo vệ mà ổng cũng ko có cho đàng hoàng. Muốn ra ngoài sáng sớm có việc phải kêu bảo vệ mở cửa (mà k có tí vui vẻ chút nào), đi về cũng phải về trước 23h để bảo vệ còn đi ngủ. Cái nhà vệ sinh lúc xả nước thì thấy nghẹt. Nói chung tệ, 1 điểm.

Negative points: phòng bui bẩn, ga đệm bẩn- nhiều tóc. thiếu đồ dùng như: cốc đánh răng, móc treo quần áo.., chăn mùa đông..

Negative points: Ko đc tự do ra vào, khá bất tiện, buổi tối bảo vệ còn bảo phải về trước 10h
