Positive points: The breakfast was scrumptious, we really enjoyed it. The location is great. It is walking distance from the train street and there are restaurants nearby.

Review: Hotel is located just a bit outside of the city center, near the Train street but on a walking distance to other attractions. Room had everything you need for a stay. Breakfast was basic. The only downside is that some parts of the room were dusty but fot the price you pay, it is a compromise you can bear.

Positive points: It was a walkable distance to what we wanted to see. Good restaurants around us. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure.

Review: Actually It's a very personal comment but I am angry. The hotel made a mistake on my reservation, I expressed understanding and provide suggestion. But after standing at the reception for near 2 hourse we still didn't have a solution. I lost patience after tiring invalid communication. To be honest , the receptionist kept good attitude but it really watsed too much time and ruined my day plan. It is the worst choice I made for this vietname trip.

Positive points: Conveniently located in Hanoi, away from the noise of Old Quarter but easy to go to. The room size was enough for 2 persons and it was clean. There are also places to eat down the hotel.

Review: I have booked the city view room and they gave me room with another house view when I asked them to change my room I need city view room because I have booked that one. They refused it and asked me to pay extra for that.
