Review: Clean and tidy. Although the projector is not very good, overall it’s quite okay. I might come back.

Review: Everything at the hotel is very good, however, it is a bit lacking in light, but everything else is fine, the price is reasonable, and the nearby restaurants all serve delicious food. It will be a choice for the next stay.
Review: Near the old quarter, beautiful room, convenient. At first, I mistakenly booked the wrong date, but the hotel allowed me to change the date. Quite okay.

Negative points: Doesn’t have an AC in the room. Only fan. In Vietnamese weather conditions do not have and AC, not possible to alive
Review: The room is very different from the pictures, the wifi is weak and unusable, the staff are not friendly, and the lighting in the room is very dim.
Positive points: Hotel was clean, although you could figure it hadn't been used in a while. The room had dust over the shelves, and as a traveler that had been traveling for a few weeks, didn't really care, but it may be an issue if you're used to European standards.
Negative points: Although it was nice, there was a dark and weird vibe. Hotel staff didn't speak much English but they were helpful. I don't appreciate having to leave the passport when checking in (which I refused to do so after insisting a bit). When I checked out, which was early in the morning, the person at check in handed me a passport thanking me, to which I immediately returned. It was obviously a mistake (and hopefully a one off), but that's the kind of thing I would have wanted to avoid with my own passport for instance.

Positive points: Chỗ ở sạch sẽ, nhân viên thoải mái nhiệt tình. căn phòng cũng rộng rãi thoáng. tôi sẽ ghé tiếp nếu có chuyến du lịch tại hà nội
Negative points: Phòng hơi tối, các phòng bí nên đặt ít tinh dầu thơm
Positive points: Phòng rộng, khá sạch sẽ, sát Văn Miếu, ăn uống và đi lại mấy điểm như cà phê đường tàu, lăng Bác, chùa Một Cột rất gần 😊
