6.0 Very kind host, but a bit run down - Jonathan 20-11-2022

Positive points: very kind and friendly manager, very responsive. large room.

Negative points: I didn’t get the room I booked. a bit run-down: lamp was broken and no soap in bathroom. dogs barked loudly at night.

Positive points: - it was spacious and we enjoyed having a couch! somewhere to sit other than the bed.n- close to downtown, but far enough away too

Negative points: - it can be difficult to find, and the alleyway to get there is a bit sketchy, especially if you get clusterfobic.

Review: The homestay is located in a quiet, private small alley. You are provided with a key for free entry and exit. The room is spacious, cool, and fully equipped with amenities.

Review: I had to change to another homestay of this owner which is much farther than this place. It took me more time and money for moving between that place to my relatives. nThere’re no slipplers for guest in the room, so i had to use sneakers even in the bathroom. There’s no neither cups nor water boiler.nAnyway the room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

Review: Phòng giống hệt như trong ảnh, đầy đủ mọi thứ trong mô tả. Chị chủ nhà nhiệt tình, hướng dẫn và dặn dò chu đáo, cẩn thận, niềm nở với khách hàng. Giá cả rất hợp lí. Nếu có dịp đi nhóm qua đêm ở Hà Nội chắc sẽ đặt lại lần nữa <3

Review: Mình nhận phòng mà phải nói bỡ ngỡ luôn. Trong ảnh phòng rất sáng sủa và tươi mới. Nhưng khi bước vào thì đèn tối, toilet dơ, phòng ẩm, ổ cắm ko có phải gỡ dây tivi mới có ổ cắm sạc pin. Được cái bạn chủ nhiệt tình, còn lại mọi thứ mình rất thất vọng. Hi vọng homestay sẽ cải thiện lại để phục vụ được khách tốt hơn !!
