Narcissus 2 Hotel & Apartment

Review: Went here with 2 other friends as we needed a place to have a quick shower before we headed to the train station the same day. Room was small but had soap and shampoo and there was a smell of the toilet carpet being damp but all in all good for a short stay.

Positive points: Comfortable bed and everything you can need. Great location near Hanoi train station and along bus 86 route from airport. nNight staff was so helpful. Booked us tours and helped us in so many ways. nThis location is also so close to train street so we went there many times.

Review: Staying here just because i'm catching a train at Hanoi station. The room is very dirty - lots of hair/dust/unknown fragments behind and all over the bed. Pretty ok if you are using it for shower before your sleeper train. Will never come back.

Positive points: The room was surprisingly spacious, location was convenient and staffs were friendly. Definitely a good price for such qualities and will come back again.

Review: Location is superb. The only downside is that the room ran out of hot water too soon in winter and Hanoi can get quite cold at times.

Review: I saw many guests rating the soundproofing poorly. At first, I thought the room was really noisy it turned out it was because the window by the skylight wasn't closed, only the insect screen door was closed. When I closed the window, it was very quiet there was no sound of trains and no noise from people outside the elevator, even though the room is next to the elevator. The mattress is soft, the blankets are warm, everything is clean and fragrant, and the bathroom equipment is high-end, 10 points. If I come to Hanoi again, I will book a room here.

Positive points: Khách sạn đầy đủ tiện nghi, nhân viên rất hoà đồng và nhiệt tình, luôn hỗ trợ chúng mình khi chúng mình cần. Phòng được chuẩn bị chu đáo và sạch sẽ đầy đủ đồ dùng cần thiết. Mình sẽ quay lại vào lần tiếp theo.
