Review: The rooms are nice average. But, wow, the service,staff,and restaurant are EXCEPTIONAL. Best service and most enjoyable stay we had in Vietnam. Short walk to beach. Good location

Positive points: I've been coming back to Mai Boutique Villa since 2018. The people here are wonderful, kind, and thoughtful. Thr rooms are cleaned daily with attention to details. There's complimentary tea, coffee, and water. They've a comfy bed, and nice wood floor. The location is great the Pacific Ocean, and beach is a five minute walk. It's very good value for your money. And, they've one of the best restaurants I've been to in South East Asia. I will be back.

Review: Good value for the room. Comfy soft bed, good wifi, have hot water, elevator, and friendly staffs. They have a restaurant downstairs which is really nice. 2 minutes walking to the beach, close to restaurants and shops! Lovely hotel!

But.... there are several other options of nearby hotels with breakfast included/pool/other facilities/larger rooms

Positive points: This place better than the photos, it's very clean all of the staff are very helpful, the breakfast is cooked fresh for you, unfortunately I only are ate the restaurant once except for breakfast and I can see why it gets very busy

Review: We really enjoyed our stay at the Mai Boutique Hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the ac works very well. We rented a motorbike through the hotel twice (full day rental each time), which was really convenient for getting around. We also used their laundry service, which was a really reasonable price. But the best part is definitely the two small dogs who live there. They can often be found in the lobby, and they’re super friendly and fluffy. We were excited to great and pet them every time we went through the lobby.

Positive points: Nice and cozy. walkable distance from the beach. Good location. Nice food. Staffs were very helpful and supportive.

Review: The hotel and room are very clean, staffs are very helpful and I had a good stay. 2 small dogs were also very cute.
One issue was that there are some Karaoke shops nearby and it was very noisy at night. If ear plugs are provided, it should be better.

Positive points: The hotel has a perfect location just two blocks from the best beach in Da Nang, the staff was very friendly, they helped us with everything, we booked all the tours there and it was great.

Positive points: Mai Boutique Villa is my first choice in Da Nang. The staff are the best, the place very clean, and excellent value for the money. One of the best things is the Lazeeze Indian restaurant, which is also 100% Halal, and has great food. The beach is a five minute walk away. I always go back.
