Positive points: Super soft bed. Amazing shower. Very reliable and fast WiFi. Massive tv. Good air conditioning. It’s also very beautiful and central so it was very convenient and safe for me to come and go even late at night.

Review: This is the worst homestay I have ever stayed at.nnThe room was located on the ground floor, right next to the entrance and walkway, so it was extremely noisy. At night, the hallway light shone directly into the room, making it impossible for me to sleep. I booked the room for 3 nights but had to check out after just 1 night because the noise was unbearable and I couldn’t sleep at all.nnThe bedding was not clean there was still dust and hair on the sheets, as if the staff hadn’t cleaned the room before guests arrived.nnThe bathroom was full of construction materials (cement bags, bricks). On top of that, there was no separate shower area — the showerhead was installed directly above the sink. How is a guest supposed to take a proper shower like that?nnThe staff had a terrible attitude. I asked for toilet paper twice, but no one brought it. Instead, I was told to go find it myself on the second floor. In the end, I found a roll of toilet paper that was both dirty and disgusting.

Positive points: Well equipped apartment with a comfortable bed in a secure complex. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and with all facilities you could want

Review: The host gave me the room on level 1, which is supposed to be the living room. One side faces the parking area, while the other side faces the road. There is nothing to block the noise. Furthermore, the homestay is in the middle of the intersection, with motorbike horn sounding every 5 minutes. Additionally, they placed water pump in the bathroom, and it buzzed all night, making the noise issue even worse. Overall, this has been my worst experience while staying heren

Review: During my business trip, this was the only place I booked three times. The view of the Lotte building is stunning, the maid is quite charming, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The next time I come to Hanoi, I will definitely book this place again.

Review: The studio apartment on the 6th floor is just like the pictures, spacious, bright, and quite clean. The TV has all the amenities. The only downside is that the bathroom is lacking shampoo, body wash, and a hairdryer. Everything else is very okay.
