Positive points: A tastefully decorated house with half a dozen or so rooms, very close to a brilliant beach, off the buzz of Da Nang. Also Hoi An is within easy reach accross the rice paddies 15 mins with Grab. The landlady Huyen is a charm, very attentuous to all your holiday plans and wishes, arranges what you need and socializes with guests. The kitchen serves a broad variety of breakfast, take it!

Positive points: Very clean and very friendly staff, short 100 mtr walk to beach with no traffic, quiet location from beach club and restaurants etc.. which were only 200 meters away, if you want a relaxed location which is only $4 - $5 taxi away from central Hoi An, then this place is ideal
