Seamist Ocean Villa

Review: Thank you so much for letting me stay in the ground floor room and giving me privacy. It was a lovely experience and a close walk to the beach. Breakfast every morning was sooo good. The only downside was the room was a bit dusty and I have bad allergies :(
It would be good to have new sheets after a couple of days too.

Positive points: Very friendly host Tam :) he was helpful and flexible (early take-away breakfast, laundry). The room was clean and spacious.

Review: Room is very spacious and more space with the patio. beds are comfortable. Easy to take grab if you are going to night market. Mr Tham is a very approachable person. We even have free fruit plate every breakfast. Thanks Mr Tham! Bless your home!

Positive points: I stayed 3 weeks at Tam place. Tam an exceptional host. He was always looking after my well being the entire time.
He cooked delicious meals even learned to make vegetarian dishes. He made sure that I have everything what I need. Wonderful host looking after his guests.

Positive points: Our stay for 3 nights was amazing. Tam, the owner was so considerate and helpful that it made our trip to Hoi An, one of the best in Vietnam. Tam helped us with bike rental-laundry-guidelines for stitching clothes.
He even went out of his way for a late check-out because I was little unwell. Taxi booking was also managed by him.
Consider to stay at Seamist, if it’s the familiarity and comfort you seek from a hotel/homestay.

Positive points: Stay was beautiful and well maintained. Mr.Tam was very friendly and helped with everything like motorbike for rent, tour for bana hills, cab for airport and all the local information needed. Location is very close to a very secluded and pretty beach too.

Review: It's a very nice homestay near the beach. The host also is very friendly and takes good care of the guests.

You get free bicycles, rent a bike, airport transfer at a good rate. Breakfast options are good, obviously it's not a buffet.

The only thing though is when I was looking for the rooms I thought it was on the beach but the pictures can be deceptive. It is near the beach but not on it so no beach view or walk to the beach.

Positive points: Spacious room with nice furniture and an amazing private outside garden area. Fresh a la carte breakfast served every morning, room cleaning every day. Tâm, the owner, made our stay better than any resort could have been - amazing kind service. He also organizes any kind of trip or scooter rental for great prices. We would always come back and totally recommend!

Review: I've booked a villa on September for me and my brother on a hideaway trip. This property is far from the old town, around 5-7 km, quite, beautiful. Mine is spacious room, enough for a group of 4-5 people to hang out. The beach in the front is also clean, good view to the city, less tourist but also less service around. The owner is friendly, helpful and offer excellent breakfast (book in advance 1 night).

Positive points: Great location, near the beach, and Tam was a great and kind host. The Village was real near to Cua Dai beach, Hoi An, Cocunut Village and Da Nang and Tam Kindly arranged us free bicicles and a moto for a cheap price.

Review: On arrival you felt at home and extremely welcome with attentive service.Room is large and spacious just a stone throw from the most quiet beach.Breakfast is generous and the price well worth it. I recommend this place in comparison to these resorts that are all flashy but expensive and noisy for something more real and private like Seamist😎

Positive points: By far my favourite accommodation in Vietnam! Tâm (the owner) was super friendly and kind, he made us feel at home! If we ever come back to Hoi An we will definitely be staying here again! So lovely :)

Review: I stayed here for a week, and it is one of my best experience in a homestay in Vietnam so far. The family is extremely friendly, and brings you breakfast and fresh fruits in the morning. The room is very clean, and you're only 5 minutes by walking from the sea. I highly recommend this place!

Positive points: The owner is so lovely. The room was great and we had a private garden at the back. The owner made my family seem so welcome and comfortable - he showed us the room and brought us fruit and water, we were served breakfast in our room every morning which we choose from a menu the previous night.

Review: We stayed for 2 nights and the hosts were excellent. Fresh, homemade breakfast every morning. A convenient 10-min walk to the beach and a 10 min drive to the old town. Can't go wrong.

Positive points: Very nice apartment close to the beach and only a few minutes drive to Hoi An. Comfy beds, clean and a nice terrace to relax.

Lâm is a super friendly and helpful host and will always take care of you with a smile on his face.
