Positive points: The room and balcony were excellent
Negative points: Unfortunately there was no hot water on one day of our stay.

Good and peaceful location 100m away of the beach.

Very safe with many shops, coffee and restaurant around.

Negative points: Breakfast could have been a little better, although it wasnt bad. Staff were a little bit pushy about selling massages.

Negative points: December is not a good time to visit An Bang. Cold and rainy and beaches very dirty.

Positive points: This villa was perfect for what we needed. We had finished a tour and decided to stop in Hoi An for a further 4 days. The price was extremely reasonable. Tommy organised a car to pick us up from the airport and a return journey, excellent service. Kim the owner was so lovely and friendly she greated us everyday cooked our breakfast when we got up!! All fresh and great value for money. Kim organised a spa event which was again top class!! She also helped with some trips we wanted to do and transport in the area. Grabs were also very cheap to the old town. The swimming pool we didn't use but looked very clean and inviting. The beach was a few minute walk. Just a point there is no car access right to the villa door so you have to carry or wheel luggage to the property but the ally is lit up at night it's a few minute walk and very safe. When we went out at night the males in the family stayed up and waited for us to return. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the villa. Thank you Kim you were amazing 👏

Our top floor apartment suite was wonderful.
Our hosts we're very attentive and helped with sightseeing options and taxi drivers to get around. The walk to the beach and restaurants in the area were great.
Negative points:
Our little mini fridge wasn't cooling very well but it was fine.
The bedside lights were a little too dim but also fine to deal with.
Positive points: Nicely situated in the tropical trees. great balcony area to sit out on. Close to restaurants and the beach. Good to have a fridge and freezer in the room.
Negative points:
The bed linen was dirty, felt like sand and dust in the bed and no duvet just an empty cover.
water on the stairs leading from the entrance to the rooms. My husband slipped coming down the stairs and injured his knee and cracked a rib. Very dangerous! This spoilt the end of our holiday.
