Review: Positives... Nice hotel, right next to river, in very quiet road 10mins walk out of Cau Dai town. Room Nice size with lovely balcony where you can watch the sunsets every evening. Bed super soft but only given one cardboard thin pillow...need two. Decent TV with 5 or 6 English movie channels. Anna & Tina , the sister manageresses are lovely and speak good English. Not a big choice for breakfast but nice. Only coffee or Vietnamese tea offered for drink, no jug of water or juice or anything.
Negatives....kettle in room but no tea, coffee, cups or spoons?? Table has no plug sockets next to it so have to use socket by floor and boil the kettle on room floor. One side of bed has bedside table so had to use chair for my side. Cleaner knocks on your door about 10am everyday asking if you want you room cleaned...earliest was 9.45am!! Nice to offer but do later. Hot water run out one day, told Anna, got maintenance out and said fixed but no hot water the next day too. Reported it again and they did actually get it fixed for one day then run out again the morning of our checking out....so another freezing cold shower. TV remote rubbish (contacts all rusty and corroded) . Kept giving us batteries, tried explaining it was the remote but just got given more batteries. Sometimes it worked .... Sometimes didn't. Worse of all is the NOISE!!! Hotel very popular with Vietnamese family's Friday thru Monday. I don't have a problem with this just the total disregard for other people staying. Kids running and screaming up and down hallways and around the poo/breakfast area at 7am. The adults that still haven't figured out how to close a room door , can only slam it!! Just a suggestion , but maybe a couple of printed signs in Vietnamese asking them to be aware of noise levels as there are other guests staying at the hotel.

Positive points: Amazing property, clean and bright rooms with very very comfortable beds. The staff are so wonderful and speak fantastic english as well as being really friendly. Breakfast was yummy!! Would definitely stay again.

Four great local style breakfasts and sometimes they offer you some other choices of local noodles if you like the local food.

The stay is absolutely amazing, quiet place with amazing swimming pool.

Positive points: Nice quiter and more real location compared to the choas in the touristy old town. Close to the beach, while also still justt a short grab or bike ride away from the old town. Super friendly hosts and clean and spacious room!

Review: Far from the old town, but very close to hidden beach. Breakfast is very simple but so gooooood!!

Review: We booked 2 rooms one for me and my girlfriend and one for my father. Exceptional value for money, Anna and Dina were fantastic hosts nothing was too much trouble. They even provided a breakfast , usually baguette and an omelette or pancakes. The rooms are a nice size. The old town is 15 minutes by taxi usually £3 by the grab app. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Positive points: The beds were absolute fenominal! Best beds in vietnam so far. The room was very clean and the staff is very helpfull and friendly. Its on walking distance from nice restaurants and the beach.
