Review: Clean room, reasonable price, the security guard and the cleaning lady are lovely, and the staff work quickly.

Positive points: It suits my stay for this trip, the facility was OK for the price.

Review: The hotel has parking space and security for the vehicles 24/7. The room is quite clean and well-equipped. The bedding occasionally has a few stains if it were cleaner, it would get a perfect score of 10.

Review: I was asking him to open the door for me because I forgot my card upstairs and he gave me the card with an attitude (mumbled something) then ask me to put the card in the elevator down for him, he too lazy to go and too busy on his phone.

Review: Location wise we are looking far off from District 1, and the hotel cannot also provide motorbikes rental services unlike other hotels at District 1. Room wise no complains, newly furbished and very clean, definitely value for money

Review: My first room had ants everywhere and spiderwebs on the ceiling so I asked to be moved to a different room. The staff member didn't speak English so him and I had to switch between talking to the manager on the phone. She said the room had a nice view so I should be happy even though there were bugs and the room was not clean. Eventually I got a new room but it also had ants/hair/dirt. I got back on the phone with the manager and told her and she asked if it was okay anyway. I said no so two ladies came in and swept, mopped and sprayed the room with ant repellant for 20 minutes while I stood in the hall. There was hair on the floor/in the bed that wasn't mine. No soap for washing your hands and no hot water for showers.
