Positive points: A surprisingly convenient neighborhood, steps away from a Highland Coffee shop and a shop specializing in coconut ice cream desserts. 2 fruit stores at the other end of the alley. A short walk in either direction to some late night Banh Mi stands. Entrance to one of the bridges crossing the Han a block away. Straight shot down the street in the opposite direction to the beach. Seemingly nothing is out of reach.

Positive points: We’ve stayed in this apartment for 1 month and really felt like home. The owner is so welcoming and helpful, they’ve even driven us to our next place when we checked out :D The internet was good for work, we had an appartement cleaning 2 times and overall the apartment is comfortable and cozy. We had great neighbors and played badminton outside the apartment and the owner even gave us amazing shuttlecocks! I’d like to thank the owners for the great stay during our first month in Vietnam :)
