Review: The room is very small you can barely walk around the room it is not that much high facility so lower your excpetations but if you dont have much luggage you can book it , the view was very nice !

Review: Deceiving photos! False advertising! Room is small and very dirty! Had to book another hotel at old quarter which is a way better location than this one. Their signage is lakeview apartment, but staff will insist that they are a hotel.nnBathroom looked gross and had a weird stench we could smell upon entering the room. Sheets and floor are dusty and the walls are very thin, you can hear the people from the other rooms.nnDo not book here if you want a comfortable experience.

Review: We had to leave after 1st night from the Lake View Hotel Hanoi as one big cockroach was living in our room. On top of that our rooms, bathrooms were uncleaned. We are still waiting for a refund.

Review: The room is very clean and spacious, the reception staff are very enthusiastic and always friendly, it's a feeling of not being lost when walking 1m. The room cleaner is also lovely, she asks if I need cleaning or if anything is missing. In general, I would give it 10 out of 10, it's very convenient to get around in the center.

Review: For the price point at which this hotel is it's absolutely brilliant , and very clean ,good facilities , only drawback being that it's is a little far from old quarter , so you'll need to take a cab to get there

Review: Phòng sạch tiện nghi và không có gì để phàn nàn. Có điều nếu bạn nhờ khách sạn book xe đón từ sân bay cần xác nhận lại thông tin biển số trước khi xuống sân bay. nNgoài ra mình không có gì phàn nàn về khách sạn cả

Review: Good: the bed is quite clean, and the room spacious for what you pay. This part of Hanoi is relatively more quiet and you get a good view of the lake.nnBad: washroom wasn't in good shape, no toilet paper upon arrival, didn't feel clean.

Review: The hotel has a very beautiful view of West Lake. It is clean, the mattress is not too soft or too hard, making for a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful.
