Positive points: Just not as expected , but disappointed with the service

Positive points: If you're traveling with a large group, this is the place to stay. The 3-bedroom apartment at Crescendo is spacious, clean, and offers great amenities. We were able to enjoy meals together and relax in the common areas.
Positive points: A good location for us since we only had a half day before heading to the airport. Clean and comfortable.
Negative points: Hard to find. There’s a small sign on the side of the main road that points you down an alley. We tried to contact the property via phone to get directions but they didn’t answer. Not the friendliest of staff at check in.
Positive points: Great location, comfy big apartment, awesome balcony! Nice view. Friendly, helpful staff. My apartment was on the ground floor, so no natural light. But it was nice.
Positive points: We had an amazing time staying at the 3-bedroom apartment at Crescendo. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group of six. The location near West Lake is fantastic for evening walks, and the amenities made us feel right at home!

Negative points: Phòng bé hơn rất nhiều so với ảnh chụp, không có view, ga và khăn tắm không được trắng sạch, nước vòi sen rất yếu
