JBAY Beachfront Boutique Hotel

Review: The rooms are excellent , interior looks like a 5 star hotel with bath tub placed just beside the bed . They have 2 extra separate toilet and bathrooms in addition to it. Bed was huge & comfy. Even their rooftop pool was facing the beach. Its just 5-10 mins walk to the beach. Location was perfect.

Only downfall was the entrance to the hotel. You have to enter the spa like area which is dark . Even at night no lights were switched on.

But overall its an awesome stay ! Will definitely recommend it here

Review: Walk across the street to the beach, dragon bridge is 1 mile away, dozens of sea front restaurants to enjoy here, 5 miles to incredible temple and a few massages and spas next to hotel. Its on a side street but for the price with epic rooftop view at pool. I would stay here again.

Review: No sea view at all. Cleanliness need improvement. Have noise at nearby construction site. Breakfast have very limited choices. I even skipped the second day's breakfast. Not recommend to others.

Review: The hotel is very well located, but it has some problems. It is not exactly beachfront, but close. The problem is that they are building a luxury hotel facing the beach and very close to this property. Amazingly, the construction works don't stop during the night and there is some noise. Another problem is that I had to pay for an extra bed although the room is very large and named "family suite". It was not needed but one of my 2 sons is 12, so apparently the rules for booking require extra bed. The extra bed was never installed. I paid around 800000 dongs for it (3 nights). I asked for it the first night and they said they would installed the next day. The next day they didn't so I said "no problem, I don't need it" but if it was not installed I demand a refund. The next day they told me that to get a refund I would need to contact Agoda, which I found complicated and not the correct procedure. If they didn't provide the service they should refund and not ask if "I really need the extra bed". Another low of the hotel is the very poor breakfast. The infinity pool is nice. Overall, I think the service needs some improvements.

Review: Cleaning lady knocking every morning despite you put do not disturb. Concierge that are poor in English but good in mandarin. Motorbike parking place is horrible.

Review: I recently stayed at the Beach Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is opposite the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the shore. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we were well taken care of.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and we enjoyed every meal. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and I highly recommend the Beach Hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax!
