Positive points: Close to the airport, and the airport shuttle was convenient (we only took it one way to the airport).
Room was fine, a little small but it was clean and as you would expect for an airport hotel.
Pool and bar area were nice, and food was ok at the rooftop restaurant.

Review: Eventhough we were only for one night stop over city before heading out another city in vietnam, but we are happy to stay at ibis airport
The location is so close to airport and they have an airport transfer which help us alot.
Easy to find food, drinks and mini market around the hotel .

Positive points: Ideal place to stay opposite the airport, pickup and drop off service excellent. I was there two days and they cleaned my room.

Review: Conveniently located near the airport, this hotel is perfect for an overnight stay. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is extremely helpful. The airport transfer service was seamless, making the whole experience even better!

Positive points: Everything!!! The beds which are designed for Ibis were soo comfortable and plush! The breakfast was absolutely, hands down the best breakfast buffet I have ever had from a hotel stay! The free airport shuttle was seamless!! The hotel staff went over and above to assist us and make our stay the best!! After check out We were even allowed to leave our luggage in a locker while we toured around and then the staff allowed us to hang out at the pool while we waited for our flight! We were so impressed!! The veggie burgers and fries were so tasty and massive portions!
Thanks so much Ibis it was a great end to our time in Vietnam!! Can’t wait to stay with you again!!

Review: Overall the service lags significantly compared to all other hotels in Vietnam. We had booked this hotel hoping it will be convenient to reach hotel from airport but after we arrived at airport there was no one to pick us up as they had promised. We had to walk all the way with our luggage. Given that it already has established name they are ok to with not caring much. When we reached hotel at 11pm we had very limited option to order food so that was another disappointment plus they charge extra for providing extra water bottle for drinking. Average human needs 5-6 liters water a day. They just provide 500ml bottle for two and charge for more water bottles.
We ordered a shaving kit for bathroom and they gave us empty bottles of shaving gel.
I agree one or two things can get wrong during stay but so many disappointments led us to write such a review. My confidence in ibis is totally gone I won’t book here my stay here ever.. thank you for this experience ibis hotel Saigon 2025

Positive points: It was just convenient for overnight stay with connecting flight in the morning

Review: It’s a good choice for a short stay during a layover. I liked that they offer an airport shuttle if you book in advance. Instead of going into the busy city, you can relax at the small rooftop pool, enjoy a cold beer and snacks while overlooking the airport, and unwind. Perfect for those catching an early morning flight the next day!
