Negative points: This year you have the second hotel and it has the same name. So, we had issues with taxi drivers taking us to the other hotel as you have addresses of both hotels on the card. It’s better to highlight your specific address when giving card to people.

Negative points: The instructions on how to use the floor heating and the AC units could be a little more clear but I wasn't familiar with the devices so that is a self-imposed barrier.
Positive points: Location is quite central but not in a busy road
Negative points: it is like a service apartment, so no food amenities similar to hotel. Restaurants and convenient store are available around the establishment
