Review: Quite convenient as located in city central

Positive points: The location was great, the hotel staff was friendly, and the cafeteria had free items.

Review: We stayed in room 1702 and the bathroom situation was terrible. We showered in a free standing bathtub that’s not attached to the walls. There is a shower head on the wall. However there is no curtain or shower door! So when showering, the water gets all over the bathroom floor, toilet, and the crevices between the bathtub and walls. No amount of bath towels was able to keep the floor dry as they are soaked after you shower. In addition, the water turns scalding hot every 5-10 minutes. It was impossible to shower or use the sink without suddenly getting burned. Stay away!

Positive points: Can be a bit noisy at night as the hotel is tucked in a small road surrounding street restaurants and clubs. They don’t change bed sheets or clean towel unless if you ask. However the location is great, it’s within short walking distance to subway station and very close to Lotte world, good shopping mall and also there’s a nice park and lake you can enjoy walking everyday or just seating down having a cup of coffee. The tallest building in Seoul also right there you can go up to the sky line to see the best view of Seoul.

Positive points: Staff was friendly. Free water and refreshments included on the second floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the Ken’s that did not speak English well. They tried their best! Rooms are fairly clean. Lots of restaurants right outside the hotel and area. Lotte world mall and tower and park is minutes within walking distance. nOverall good value as well with the price I’m paying. Not much amenities. But good enough for a hotel stay.
