Positive points: Great location, friendly staff!
Negative points: Nothing!
Positive points: Good location and air con could be used to heat the room. The bed was comfy.
Negative points: It wasn’t the cleanest
Positive points:
If your windows are facing mountains, it can be noisy because of chickens. Earplugs will help.
Room has hot water and AC with heating mode. It can be important in cold months.
Negative points:
- We forgot our belongings in hotel and asked staff to send it by post to another address in Vietnam, but hotel refused, even though it would take them just 15-20 minutes. So, I had to change my vacation plans and drive back to Yen Minh from another town to pick it up. Yes, they don't have to do it, but come on, it is just 15 minutes!
- Bed is quite tough
Positive points: Hotel was easy to find. It was clean and the room was a good size for one night. We had everything we needed and our room was quiet at night. We were able to park the bike just outside. Owners were nice and friendly but spoke no english but we were fine with translate app. They were helpful in pointing out where to get tyres checked.
Negative points: We have had some hard beds on our travels but this was the absolutely worst ever. We ended up sleeping on top of the duvet but that only softened it a bit. Otherwise it was fine.
Positive points: Beautiful view of the farmland, very convenient location

Negative points: Bed is not comfortable, AC stopped working at some point and the bed sheet where not smelling good

Review: I liked the staff here and I appreciated their helpful nature. Room was clean but basic and that was fine with me. Restaurant is right next door and a small convenience store is also a couple doors down. I would stay again!

Negative points: bed was extremely uncomfortable.. not a great location and I didn’t like that she had to take my passport. i offered to pay upfront and she could take a photo of my passport but she refused. i also explained I didn’t want to leave it because we were leaving at 4am the next day and she said she would be there to give it back to me. she wasn’t and we had to leave at 7am. annoying and unnecessary. didn’t have that problem in any other hotel throughout Vietnam

Chúng tôi được trải nghiệm view núi tuyệt vời.
Tiện nghi trong phòng đầy đủ, điều hòa 2 chiều nên dù thời tiết xuống 5-6 độ thì trong phòng vẫn ấm áp.
Phòng thoáng, sạch sẽ, thoải mái.
Tôi đã tìm được điểm nghỉ tuyệt vời để lần sau ghé lại Đồng Văn.
Sẽ tiếp tục ủng hộ và giới thiệu cho các bạn của tui.
Xuống nhà xin nước nóng được anh chị chủ cho chúng tôi thêm cả phích nước nóng để uống (được ưu ái ngoài dịch vụ). Nếu có ấm đun nước (để tiện mùa đông uống trà chill chill) thì tuyệt.
Review: Phòng cơ bản nhưng rất sạch sẽ. Nằm ngay trên con đường chính, gần như trong khoảng cách đi bộ đến tất cả các nhà hàng. Các phòng có tầm nhìn tuyệt vời ra ngoài cửa sổ. Thoải mái hơn đủ cho một đêm ở lại trong khi du lịch vòng quanh.
