Review:
The place is beautiful! 😍 it has the view to the mountain with the flag and the lake. So peaceful and quiet.
One thing you should keep in mind is that you may be charged 10 USD for a permit since this is a place so close to the Chinese border. If so, I recommend going directly to the police to do this process, not to the homestay.
Positive points: Super nice homestay just next to Lolo village. You feel like home :)
Review: Absolutely wonderful stay, the owner was fantastic and so helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend as a stop along the ha gaing loop and would stay there again!

Review: I was totally impressed by our host. As soon as I parked my bike, he helped me unload my stuff. Then he prepared an awesome dinner. He did everything in this power to make our stay happy and comfortable. In the morning, he made us hot coffee. The house was clean and the rooms were artsy. He helped me clean the bike before we left. The overall vibe was happy. Lastly, our host is an awesome sketch artist. He made a wonderful sketch for me. 5 stars would be less to rate the services provided. Thanks a ton!

Seems to be a great location and good homestay with nature and beautiful landscape around the Border Belt with China.

Lack of transparency and professionalism :
- Low response on booking application
- Asking to change room for 1 bed in the dormitory as the individual room smells dust and humidity. The guy working here said, price is 1 200 000 dong only for one night. So he clearly didn't want us to change room.
- Another couple arrived here the same day paid around 250 for one bedroom in the dormitory.
- Dinner is not great for 150k/person, chicken was smelly, rice, eggs, green vegetables
- Also be careful, this area is in the border belt of Vietnam/China so the worker of the homestay want you to get a paper from the police station of Lung Cu which is 250k per people. We didn't want to have the paper as we stayed only one night. And the worker waited us for being installed in the room and already paid for the stay and dinner before strongly recommending us to get the paper and brought us to police station.
- We saw it is possible to stay without the paper when guests ask for a refund ...
- Our room was dusty and full of humidity, no mosquito net, beds are really hard
- Bathroom and toilet are in the garden
Clearly, won't recommend the place, no clear informations, not good communication eather
Review:
- The location is convenient for climbing up the flagpole of Lung Cu, and below the homestay there is a beautiful field of strong triangle flowers.
- The owner's name is Thanh, and he takes care of guests enthusiastically from the time of booking on the app until check-out. He is also an artist and gave us a painting as a gift.
- The room is clean and the price is cheap.
Deserves 5 stars.
Negative points: I really liked this accommodation, great service, good internet, and hot water to take a nice shower. I highly recommend this place.
Review: I have reserved a private room on Agoda and everything is great. The staff is very friendly and always greets me with a smile. I plan to return here in the future and hope that the homestay will become even more beautiful. See you soon!
Positive points: Warm welcome from employee, helped with luggage.
Negative points: We payed more then was on booking. We had to pay some special fees, even on booking was written that all fees are included. They asked for 300 VND per person!!! Then they reduced it for 400VND for all 3 of us but without any document. Even they wanted to call police. Very strange.
Review: Karaoke till midnight on full volume, no sound isolation - holes in the walls to common area, 5cm wood ceiling which was shaking when guests in upper floor were walking, styrofoam mattress, fume inside room because of fire pit close to the building. Room looks like cave. We hated everything about this home stay, others seemed to be enjoying at least karaoke

Review: Because ist a old village so it kinda cozy, staffs are great, all of the facilities are ok to use
Positive points: Staff is nice and the spot is cute. Nice little courtyard where everyone mingles. You can't escape the drunk karaoke as the rooms are all around the courtyard, but at least they stop it at a decent time (sadly some people stay behind to chat, the drunker they get, the louder they are, but that's just how it is pretty much everywhere )
Negative points:
Basic dorm, beds glued to each others. The owner (or staff) was sleeping in the dorm with us and had his phone vibrating all night, not great.
Some people leave early the next day, somehow they feel it's normal to yell as if it's noon even though they're in front of the room... Again, a bit independent from the quality of the place, but the staff enforcing a quiet rule up to 7 could be nice

Negative points: Very rude host. We were on the top floor and it's a wooden floor, and he kept telling us to "walk gently", but it's not possible to not have noise when walking on that floor. We booked a private room and got a room inside a dorm with just a wooden door as seperation- so you can hear everything around you. We took it because he said we would have the whole floor for ourselves, but the next morning got upset that we put stuff outside of the room. Anything we asked for he wanted extra money for. Also very overpriced rooms and dinner- 1 million dong for a hot pot per person!!! Very little facilities- The rooms were very hot and there was not even a fan. The toilets are outside. There are no hot water. We wanted to make ourself food in the morning and asked to use the kitchen (we had everything just needed gas), he said 100,000 for every 30 minutes , worst place we've ever been to. Wish i could rank lower then 1 star, don't go there.
Review: Eo, home xinhhh góc nào cũng thấy đẹp lắm ạ, view thì khỏi phải bàn nhìn đối diện cột cờ siêu chill, mặc dù mình kh gặp đc anh Chủ nhưng anh cũng rất nhiệt tình ☺️☺️ đặc biệt anh nhân viên cực kì dễ thương, nhiệt tình 💯 điểm, nếu có cơ hội đến Hà Giang kh thử home này là tiếc lắm đấy ( à mình quên giá cả phải chăng, phòng thơm sạch sẽ nha )
