Positive points: Good air con, comfy bed & good location
Negative points: Nothing worked on the TV & kettle would have been a nice touch with the cold weather

Negative points: the room dusty avoid the balcony one too noisy, no fan or ac, the room didn't have furnitures just a poor little plastic chair , full of mosquitos and no net

Negative points: Owner doesn’t not speak any English. No one at the accommodation when we arrived during check in time. Had to ring and get the owner to come to open up. Luckily, our driver did this for us. Otherwise, we probably wouldn’t be able to get in at all. The room was different from described on booking. com. The facilities (kettle, hairdryer etc) promised not there. No quilt covers or sheet under quilt. Impossible to communicate.
Positive points: Both the husband and his wife were very kind and took us to the main sightseeing spots in their private car. And it was a very cheap price. The room is new, clean, and spacious, and although the city center is very noisy until late at night, it's a little far from the city center, so it's very quiet. The market and square are about 600m away.
Negative points: There's nothing
Negative points: You cannot sleep in this room, since the hot water boilers are mounted there and the light illuminates the room at night but also the sound of the boiler wakes you up. Real terrible design of the room which would have been a nice room otherwise.
Positive points: Amazing family and place
Positive points: the hosts were super nice. the place ist just a few minutes from Dong Van market and nearby are restaurants if you want to go out for dinner
Positive points: Very clean thick and comfy blankets
Negative points: The room descriptions are not correct, we told booking.com and the host about it. Unfortunately they are still not correct. Some rooms have a private bathroom and view on booking but in reality it's a room without window and you share the bathroom. That unfortunately happened to us. So if you book the Deluxe Double Room there won't be a window, view or private bathroom.
