Review: The hotel is good, but try to ask for one of the 2 big rooms with view towards the fields they are way better than the other rooms. The owners are super kind and even brought an item we forgot in the hotel to our bus back to Ha Giang.

Positive points: The location was very good, and it was an ok place to stay for one night.

Review: Checking in was a rather uncomfortable experience. I’m not sure if something else was going on but the lady that checked me in could not have looked less happy to check me in. No one there spoke English, which is fine, I’m in their country, but it did not help the already uncomfortable check in process. My room was on an upper floor and on the way up I could see that all the room doors were open meaning the whole place was vacant, which wouldn’t have been too much of a concern in the low season if they didn’t check in a bunch of guys in the room directly beside mine shortly after I checked in. The guys tried my door for longer than would be normal, which didn’t sit great with me. Also our rooms shared a wall which had a weird hole in it near the ceiling in the bathroom so you could hear EVERYTHING going on in the other room. The beds were the classic slabs of granite I’ve grown accustomed to sleeping on here but that may be a dealbreaker for some. The room also wasn’t overly clean. The bathroom might have been cleaned? And there was hair of various lengths and shapes all over the bed. I generally like to leave nice reviews for the lovely home stays here in Vietnam but based on the uncomfortable and unwelcome I felt, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Positive points: The owner is very kind and introduces a place with a nice view. You can take a mental break while looking at the rice fields. The market, stores, and coffee shops are close by, so it's very comfortable.

Positive points: Location near city

Review: Perfect stay for an one nighter while doing the Ha Giang Loop. Friendly people and price is good. It's in the center of town so lots of places you can walk to. But it can be a bit noisy because of it.

Positive points: Very pretty room, friendly staff. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try out the breakfast, but the morning view over a quick coffee was amazing!

Review: My room had a private bathroom and balcony with a great mountain view (may have been best room). Comfortable and generally clean though bed linen could do with a boil wash. Perfect for one night, Italian restaurant next door but one has magic lasagne.

Positive points: There is a rice field and hills behind this hotel. Located at the city center, very close to the market and many restaurants nearby. The room is big, bright and clean.
