Lolo Heritage Resort

Positive points: DONT BOOK HERE. IT DOES NOT EXIST AND THEY WILL NOT REPLY. Almost ruined my trip because there was nothing else available by the time I got into Dong Van. Contemplated sleeping outside.

Positive points: Quite a grand building on the edge of town. Has a lot of potential.

Positive points: We are a couple in our 50s travelling from Ha Giang to Cao Bang. We chose this place and we were happy to pay more than twice/three time what we paid for other accommodation in the area because we wanted some luxury, good facilities, restaurant and a restful place to stay. After a hard days drive, we arrived at 5pm (4 hours after check in) we were told the rooms weren't ready (as around 6/7 other wools were told at the same time. Speaking to these people they booked here for the same reason). We were told that they had been busy and had lots of people the night before. This was my problem because???

They wouldn't give discount. Twenty minutes later we were told our room was ready and we had to walk past rubbish on the floor, dirty bedding and dirty water in buckets ( photos attached) . The rooms weren't brilliant, furniture was worn, no kettle and the bed looked like it was hurriedly made up. Had this been a £10-15 rate we would have sucked it up but I felt these were trying to be a "posh" hotel when indeed they aren't. The final straw was that the restaurant was closed so it meant all of us checking in had to them go back out and find something to eat. Not happy

Positive points: Very good staff, friendly and attentive.

The facility is good and new and everything works.

They even have local snacks to munch on

Review: The hotel is spacious, convenient parking, early breakfast service time, friendly staff. The rooms are clean, but the bathroom is a bit worse compared to the bedroom.

Positive points: Room was clean and comfortable

Review: We payed 70 Euros for 1 night which is rather a high price for the region and had to wait until 6 pm until we could check in / go into our room and then still weren‘t all towels and bed sheets there. Dinner was not available and the breakfast which was included was very poor. There wasn‘t even coffee! The room was very cold and we couldn‘t heat it with the AC. The staff was not very helpful and made not much effort to male up for anything. We had to ask for everything (a towel for each person, cuttlery, toast…) We expected much more for the price we paid!!

Positive points: Super quite and nice.

Review: It is very clean here, with convenient dining services, quite close to the center in Dong Van (5 minutes by car to the old town) with a Vinfast charging station. Our family drives an electric car, so staying here feels very convenient.

Review: Tôi rất thất vọng, không hiểu sao Agoda lại giới thiệu Lolo Heritage?? Sự thật là không có cơ sở lưu trú nào tên là Lolo Heritge, khi tôi lên đến Đồng Văn thì tìm ko có, ko có số tel nào để liên lạc, đi theo chỉ dẫn thì là 1 khu nhà đã bỏ trống. Tôi viết để cảnh báo mọi người đừng rơi vào hoàn cảnh như tôi. Gọi tel cho Agoda thì cũng ko có số tel, thất vọng!
