Review: Cleanliness of room left much to be desired. Renovation was a coat of paint to the rooms. Prior to arrival , there was a text on the do’s and don’t and liable charges. A bit confused that it is listed as a hotel but text said it was homestay and need to clean up or pay or report furniture missing or not working if not done so will be made to pay.
Positive points: Location is good, staff was helpful
Negative points: The room decor was dull and uninviting, with poor colour choices and subpar finishes. The heater was outdated and struggled to maintain the set temperature in heating mode. The glass doors in the room felt questionable in terms of privacy. Additionally, the room size was quite small. Given the price, it did not offer good value for money—acceptable for a hostel, perhaps, but well below the standard expected for a hotel.

Review: Book agoda dạng deposit thẻ nhưng trả tiền tại ks. Giờ nhận phòng 11h trưa, nhưng 14:30 mình tới nơi thì ko thấy ai ở đó! Gọi hotline đc thông báo lễ tân đi ra ngoài nên kêu chờ! Khi lễ tân về báo là phòng chưa dọn nên kêu chờ dọn. Mình yêu cầu ks huỷ booking cho mình ở Agoda vì quá giờ huỷ phòng mình ko tự huỷ đc nhưng admin ks bảo ko liên quan buộc mình phải ở vì ko ở cũng sẽ bị trừ tiền. Nước nóng thì vừa gội đầu xong là hết nóng (1 người tắm) phòng tắm thì đọng nước ko thoát đc. Máy sấy tóc thì hư kêu đổi cái khác cũng ko xài được. Đèn thì mờ. Quá tệ!

Negative points: When it was time to check out, there was no one at reception. I waited for 10 mins, but no one appeared. I had to leave the keys on the desk and go, as I had an excursion reserved at a certain time.

Positive points: Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện. Ngay gần Phố Cổ nên tôi có thể đi bộ đến. Không gian yên tĩnh và thoãi mái. Lần sau mình sẽ ghé Home nữa.
