Review: Beautiful place to stay. A little further from old town but still close enough to walk.

Positive points: Mai was such a lovely and funny person. So nice to have such an engaging host that you can joke around with and get advice in the best things to do in Hoi An. Th location was perfect for me. Far enough to feel like you aren’t in the main city, but real quick ride into town on one of the bikes they have. Would definitely recommend and would revisit if I go back that way. Great to meet you Mai and thankyou, Alex

Positive points: This must be the most perfect little spot in all of Hoi An. Lovely rooms, amazing home cooked breakfast (local dishes, changing every day), great location a bit away from the tourist filled areas in the old town. Sweet and welcoming host family doing everything to make us comfortable. We have travelled for three months so far, and this place stands out as probably our best choice for accommodation yet.

Anh chị chủ rất nhiệt tình, mến khách nữa nha. Địa điểm thì đi vô phố cổ tầm 5p đi xe, gần đảo Ký ức Hội An nè, nên ko gian siêu yên bình. Hứa hẹn sẽ có dịp quay lại ^^

Positive points: Amazing hotel, stunning architecture and the rooms were luxurious and comfortable. The whole team were friendly, helpful and generous. Mai was a brilliant host giving us affordable recommendations and helping us organise onward travel. The pool, balcony and common spaces were the perfect places to relax. One of the best places we have stayed in Vietnam!

Review: The manager is incredibly welcoming, providing excellent support, helping us rent a car, check in and out of the room, and book a taxi to the airport. The room is very spacious, fragrant, clean, cool, and very chill (with a view of the Thu Bồn River). The hotel also has a swimming pool and is close to the Old Town. In particular, the manager suggested that we borrow bicycles and a motorbike to go eat after checking out. Perfecttttt for this trip. Highly recommend everyone to visit Hoi An! 🥰🪴

Positive points: The suite was beautiful! And the architecture of the hotel is stunning. I love all the micro details that make the place look so authentic and modern. Great breakfast freshly made. The location on the island is perfect : it stays really quiet and away from the crowd while being 5 minutes away from the old district by bicycle. Thank you to Mai and her family to welcome us, we had such a beautiful time with you !

Review: Very nice, trustworthy and supportive hosts and beautifully designed villa.
I appreciated the free use of bike, with which the commute to the old town was only 5 to 7 minutes. Breakfast was basic and good.
Good value for money.

Review: We enjoyed our stay with Hoianoi Villa.
The gentlemen looking after the villa was very helpful and did everything he could to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Suggest that you offer some breakfast options and central coffee / tea area so guests can get more options for drinks and food at the villa.

Also would be good to have dedicated transportation service (upon request) provided by the villa so save time on halting transportation.

The villa owner accepted our request to change room due to the room was too bright and took our suggestion to change a black-out curtain in the future.

We made payment at the hotel by cash (instead of credit card) as requested by the villa as they don’t have device to receive other payment mode. Would be good if we were informed upon booking, I should have asked in advance (my mistake).

The villa helped me with airport transfer to pick me up at midnight (with charges) as my flight got much delayed than the scheduled time. Thumbs up and appreciated.

We had a great time at the pool by ourselves as there was no one at the time we went to the pool. The pool was very clean!

Overall a good experience in the villa.
Verdict? We will stay there again as they made us felt so much at home.

Positive points: Beautiful hotel. The hosts are super accommodating. Great views of the surrounding areas. You gotta rent the motor bikes

Review: I booked the room at a very good rate, my stay was from May 26th to 31st, Ms Kim Mai who is
the boss of the Hoianoi villa went out of her way to make out trip memorable. The Suite room is perfect for those who love sunshine, definitely I will come back, also love the staffs, friendly and helpful indeed.

Positive points: 🥰The location was amazing with a great balcony. I sat on the balcony for hours watching the rain. The fan and the AC both top notch. The staff was as friendly as you’ll ever find even going out of their way to insure your comfort. I couldn’t be happier with this stunning stay. I recommend it for everyone. 🥰

Review:
The space in the house brings the experimental feeling of Hoian. The room with big balcony and river view, naturally ventilated, even the toilet, refresh your soul. The staff very friendly and helpful. I completely come back this villa if coming back Hoian.

Positive points: I really liked this place a lot and give it a 10/10. This beautiful boutique hotel has a very unique archy-architecture which found very creative. All elements are carefully chosen and the murals at the reception and at belle Etage are very Instagramable. The rooms are also beautifully designed and mine (201) had a cost balcony which is perfect for a rainy day. The host Mai made sure all guests have a wonderful stay and makes sure your stay is unforgettable. The location is a little outside but this is exactly what I love as Hoi An becomes extremely busy after 3pm and it is nice to escape from the increasing overtourism. The hotel has bikes for rent at a very cheap daily rate of around 2$ per day. In the morning you get a freshly prepared breakfast and you can sit at a nice communal table and get in touch with other fellow travelers if you like. After breakfast I liked to hang out at the pretty long pool in case you are up for some lanes.
