Review: Top host, good communication,
Great location.

Room was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Bathroom was top and looked all new.
Good warm shower, good mattress

Positive points: We absolutely loved our stay! Ni was the sweetest host ever – so helpful and attentive. She hooked us up with a great shoe tailor and sorted out our show tickets no problem. When our bus to Phong Nha got canceled last minute, she saved the day by booking us on another one. The room was huge with big windows and a balcony. It was super airy and the bed was comfy.

Review: Initially I was put off where it was located but it's a 30minute leisurely stroll from the city centre, the neighbours in the walkway to the house are so kind and funny.

I really enjoyed walking through the neighborhood.


Ni the host is really sweet and caring.

The room was to an exceptional standard with a gorgeous balcony and comfy beds.


The bathroom was large.

The room felt more like a hotel room.

Old town gets crazy busy with tourists in the evening so it eas noce to be somewhere less hectic but still close to town.

Grabs are easy to get and there are bikes and motorbikes.

Positive points: Very clean Nice big room with balcony, l with table and chairs, fridge and kettle..

Review: Quiet location. Free bicycle use, takes 10 min to reach old town.
Superfriendly host.

Only downside was that in my room I was able to see few yellow cockroaches climbing from drain pipe. Wasn't too happy to see those tbh.

Positive points: Very good value for the money, Ni speaks great English and is super friendly and helpful, she can help you organize trips for a better price than on GetYourGuide. The room was clean and spacious, the hostel is not in the center but for me that's better cause it's quiet in the night, and Ni provides free bikes so yoh can cycle to the Old Town in like 8 min.

Review: Our room was super cleaned and we'll maintained plus it's near the ancient old town. My family and I were planning to visit hoi an early next year and we plan to stay here, plus and plus it was super affordable.

Positive points: No complaints. Nice place to stay in Hoi An. Comfortable, clean, and the host was lovely.

They also offer food at the homestay although I didn't try it.

Positive points: Perfect location, easy walkable to Hoi An, bikes and solo taxi trips are also available, very large room ideal for solo and couple travelers. The host is wonderful, very helpful throughout my stay, I'll definitely be back again 🙏♥️

Positive points: The place is spotless clean and very cute! The family is reserved but very nice, Ni (the owner) speaks good English and is always willing to help with everything.
The place is out of the historical centre and on a smaller island, but there are plenty of bicycles that can be used for free, which is great!
There is also the possibility of renting a scooter for a cheap price.
The room is big and clean: our room had a comfy double bed, one spacious wardrobe, 2 chairs, a small table and 2 bed side tables. There was still plenty of room to move around.
The little garden at the back is relaxing and well maintained.
The neighbourhood is quiet and there are mainly locals, safe and relaxed.
Overall this is a great place for quality and price!

Review: The homestay is a bit far from the center. However, everything like the space is very quiet and comfortable, with clean and simple furnishings that have all the necessary amenities. There is a kitchen on the first floor so you can cook freely if needed. My family had a late night flight, and the owner was very supportive. There was an issue during check-out when I forgot my belongings, and Ms. Ni was very helpful in making sure I could retrieve them. The room is spacious and clean, and for the price, it's really wonderful.

Positive points: We love everything about our stay! The owner is very lovely and she does everything to make your stay as good as possible! Place is super clean, bed is very comfy, there is hairdryer and fridge in the room and A/C working very well. The room and bathroom are really spacious, basic cosmethics are provided. We booked here bus to our next destination and pick up was 1h after check out, but the owner suggested that we should wait in our room so we can enjoy AC ❤️ quality price ratio is just amazing, totally reccomend this place in Hoi An. The location is short bicycle drive from Ancient City and you can use the bicycles for free, which is amazing

Positive points: Very clean room and bathroom. There was a very private cute balcony. Full equipped, we lacked nothing. The treatment very attentive and very welcoming. The flat is in a very quiet area not far from the centre but the accommodation gives you free bikes, which we really recommend because you can enjoy much more of the area.
