Hoi An Fairy Garden Villa

Review: I would say that the staff is good help and kindly.
The location is far from the old town, it would be not noise however, the new bridge is not complete and unable to drive by car. Another problem is water is not hot enough.

Positive points: The central courtyard is super lovely with a great pool and sun loungers. The rooms spacious and beds comfortable with great white linen sheets. The banana pancake breakfast and Vietnamese coffee was just what we needed to set out on our bikes in the morning, and the choice was minimal but great. The communal kitchen was an also a great addition if you needed to cook dinner.

Review: Friendly and very accomodating people. They can arrange for everything (guided tours, scooters, etc). Housekeeping and sanitation (food handling) can still be improved. I wanted to dip in the pool, but saw it needed cleaning so decided not too. Still, the value you get for the price is relatively good.

Review: I had best stay here and kudos to Daisy, the cute girl in receptionist for helping me over to book shuttle van and bikes to move around in Hoi An. She was really helpful with the tips travelling in Vietnam. She even drops me off to get shuttle van and that was really thoughtful of her. She will text you on your arrival day and didn’t hesistate to help me to get to the hotel. Wifi was great, my room was absolutely great and i had a great stay. Overall, i would come here again if im visiting Hoi An again :)

Positive points: The rooms are very nice and clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good, the area is very quiet and the beds are super comfortable. One of the best nights sleep I've had in Vietnam.

Review: I stayed at Fairy Garden for more than 4 months to focus on some writing on a budget. I can wholeheartedly tell you, it was an enormous pleasure to stay there. Aside from the fact that the property is incredible value for money, everything about it was a delight. Vincent & his team are genuinely lovely and as attentive as you could possibly wish for. My 4th floor room was spacious enough for a protracted stay, supremely comfortable, spotlessly cleaned daily and so very very liveable. There's a scenic clean pool, a jacuzzi, a few little shops close by and some pleasant walks. I used the bicycles a few times. Would I do another 4 month stay....unquestionably yes. Over such a long period of time, of course, there was the odd glitch, like an electricity black out for a few hours because of heavy rain storms in the area, but that would be the only thing I could possibly quibble about (and I am not quibbling at all). Having a good mobile bandwidth might be a good idea just as back up too if the power goes down. A grab car into Hoi An was almost immediately available and one way was VND 30,000 for a 5 minute drive. Loved it every day. Vincent, thank you to all your team. Chris.

Positive points: Quiet location. Maybe 30 minutes walk from the « city centre » I loved the place. Great facilities and comfortable. Staff is very useful and friendly. No complaints.

Review: Value for money stay.. Bathroom had a hospital smell always.. May be due to the bleach mix in water.. Rest all is good..
Just 7 Mins from the center.. You can rent a bike and roam around the town..
Pool and jacuzzi were awesome..

Positive points: The villa is simple but beautiful, quiet and off the main road and Vincent the host was brilliant at helping us when we needed it.

Review: The host is absolutely wonderful and so helpful! They offered amazing local recommendations and shared great route maps for exploring the area. Plus, they were super flexible with breakfast times, which made everything even better by arranging it by the time we arrive the location. Honestly, I felt like I could have stayed forever instead of just wasting time in Da Nang!

Review: Great stay. Everyone is so friendly and they want to do their very best for the hosts. We enjoyed it! The hotel has all necessary facilities (even free bicycles!) and is very clean. We can recommend it a lot !

Positive points: A peaceful place outside Hoi Ann run by very informative, helpful owner and his dad. Spacious room with a comfy bed. Small, common area with well-maintained garden/pool.

Review: Nice location and great staff

Positive points: Vincent has been the most helpful host during our stay, he provided us touristic information in a great level of English (and always with a smile). He booked on our behalf bus, excursions, etc when we needed. Bonus point for his adorable 4-month old extra cute puppy.

Nice room with everything you may need. Heaps of amenities. A/C. Fridge. Drinking water. Big bathroom. Small balcony. We stayed 3 nights and they cleaned the room/change towels during our stay.

The pool is situated most of the day in the shade so it was very cooling and the perfect way to relax.

You can borrow bicycles with lock for free in order to reach Hoi An center (it takes about 10minutes).

Review: Loved it so much the first time we come back

Positive points: All so good. Staff very friendly, clean, lots of space, a kitchen to use, a jacuzzi outside. Shower pressure was soooo good.
