Review: For the price, we were sufficiently happy with the accomodation. Our room was spacious and bed was comfortable. As for breakfast, the options were generous as you can order multiple things from the menu which they will cook fresh upon order. They were able to cater for my husband’s allergy to msg as well. Staff were pleasant and friendly. In terms of location, it is about a 10 min walk to Hoi An Old Town. Not near but not far. One complaint we have is the hot water supply in the shower was inconsistent as halfway through our shower, the water turned cold. Also, FYI after a certain time in the evening,, the hotel entrance is locked so make sure you check with hotel staff if you are going to be out later. We were not notified of this so one night, we were out till 11pm and was annoyed that the main door was locked . We had to knocked for a bit before one of staff came out.

Positive points: I love the space, very airy and breezy and the helpful staff. The bed is very comfortable too! Good value for money!

Review: Lovely place just out of Old Town. You can walk there in 15 minutes. Lovely rooms and great pool area. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Would stay again at this small villa. Much rather this than a big apartment block.

Review: We arrived from Hanoi, somewhat frazzled from the hustle and bustle. We were warmly greeted and given a refreshing drink. Our room was a large room with double doors opening onto a pretty pool. The staff are kind and caring, and attentive to any requests or needs. Whilst it’s not really a hotel, more of an apartment with breakfast, the rooms are spotless, tv provides Netflix and YouTube, and the daily breakfast is all you need with western and Vietnamese options available, not forgetting the amazing Vietnamese fruits . We used the free bicycles to cycle the short distance into the old town of Hoi An, and near the hotel are several restaurants serving great food. Lucky is a staff star member recommending great restaurants and coffee shops and even helping with souvenir shopping much cheaper than we could find it ourselves. Her local knowledge and professionalism really made our holiday. All the staff were so kind , and room service and laundry service perfect. The best value for money holiday we have ever had.. we stayed 8 nights, it wasn’t enough- we shall return for much longer.

Positive points: Lovely room, quite big. We had a street facing balcony which was large and lit up with lanterns at night. Bathroom was really nice, shower can get very hot.
They provided early check in which was really kind.

The pool is clean and a really good size. it's located about a 10min walk to the center so ideal location, still many places to eat and a mini mart not far

Positive points: Everything was perfect. Room was so nice, staff so kind, they received us with a tasty juice. Also the breakfast was very good.

Positive points: Stayed in deluxe room and it was huge. The bed was massive even with two people. Rooms were clean and they had a quick turnaround for your laundry.

The room was a bit smelly once we arrived and the staff gave us essential oil to eliminate the bad odor.
