Review: The owner is really nice and keeps introducing the 600k show in the evening. Room is clean with free drinking water and free bikes. But maybe they have extra rooms but didnt show on the apps Coz a little trouble for the refund. So best ask first.

Review: This place, run by a family, is located a bit outside the noisy center in a quiet area.
There are always bicycles available so you can reach the city center in less then 10 minutes.
The owners are bery friendly, helpful and always available if you have questions.
For those who want to work online while travelling: the internet connection is very good and stable!

We highly recommend this place and will definitly stay here again when we come back to Hoi An!

Review: Over all is good but the employees will keep forcing you to buy their tourism package which is recommended but by own . They will charge you near about double

Positive points: The girl who manage the house is super nice, gave us lot of advice. Also the house is nice, near everything and bike are for free

Positive points: The room was very spacious and clean. It's situated in a very quiet residential part of the town about 20 min walk from town centre (or less than 10 by bike - and bikes can be rented for free at the homestay!).

The owner's mum was lovely and made great banana pancakes for breakfast!

Positive points: We have been traveling around Vietnam since a few weeks now, and so far is the best hotel we took! Really cozy place, clean and calm. The owner and her mom are amazing and they makes us feel like home! Taking care about every little detail, buying tickets for us, and always given us an answer every time we need it! We definitely recommend this place. Thank you for everything, it was lovely ❤️

Positive points: Our room was spacious with a large and modern bathroom. The balcony was nice to have and we had a mini bar in the fridge which I thought was a great touch. Owner was very helpful and friendly and breakfast was delicious!! I think bicycles were free and motorbikes were available at a cheap price but we chose to walk or get a very short grab into town. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely.

Positive points: We loved DanThuLe and her mother, they were the kindest hosts you could wish for. Very attentive and informative throughout our whole stay. We extended our stay here as we felt we wanted more days in Hoi an and this place was a cute relaxing vibe. The room was big, spacious and clean. The selection for breakfast was good and we enjoyed the banana pancakes before heading out on our day!

The place felt like a safe space and we felt that the hosts were great. We spent a lot of time chatting with DanThuLe and she has so much information about the town and tours which is always helpful. There is free bicycles to use which we took full advantage of through our 4 day stay, you can get to the main town within 10/15 minutes by the bicycle and we enjoyed the route.

Positive points: Incredibly friendly and accommodating. Helped plan activities for my time in Hoi An and made my time there super special.

Review: Nằm vị trí có thể vào phố cổ Hội An bằng xe đạp xe máy nhưng vẫn có được nét bình yên của nông thôn. Rất phù hợp để nghỉ ngơi cần sự bình yên. Chị chủ cũng rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình.

Positive points: - The bedroom was very spacious and the balcony was lovely to be out on at night.
- The showers were hot.
- The bed was comfy.
- Mrs Thu and her mother are lovely hosts. Although Mrs Thu’s mother doesn’t know much English, you can get by and she’s such a pleasure to be around. Our sleeper bus didn’t get in until 5am and she kindly woke up to check us in so we could get some rest.
- The breakfast is delicious, especially the banana pancakes.
- The pool was lovely and a good temperature.
- We were able to hire a motorbike from her neighbour for the duration of our trip. I believe she also has free bicycles you can use to cycle into town.
