Review: Great accommodation, the road is a bit hard to find but is quiet away from the noise of the old town, very close to Memory Island in Hoi An, so it will be the best choice for anyone coming to see the show.

Positive points: The staff is very friendly. The gave us good recommandation for Taylor and shoes.

Positive points: the owner of the Homestay was very welcoming and super helpful. my dad and I got food poisoning when we were in Hoi An, and she made sure we were looked after. I would 100% come back to this Homestay

Review: poor service and poor place. Do nor book to this place. they can't even help foreigners PROPERLY. toilet is rusty. they should have paid for my check-up bills. they smile but charge you inconsistently. do not try to book to this nasty place.

Review: My original room was large with a king and twin bed, opened onto the pool with a view of the river, and had been properly cleaned. Upon arriving I noticed the room had a damp feel and sour smell. The air conditioning unit was broken and the shower didn’t drain. Upon closer inspection, I noticed there was black mold and mildew, and was moved to a cheaper room without a view. The new room was not properly cleaned, except for the bathroom. That probably rushed to get me moved out of the room with a leak.
They did not offer to give me a partial refund for the smaller room without a view.
Breakfast was supposed to be included with my room. And although they have a large breakfast menu, they only offer a few items from it. Yesterday they served me two fried eggs and nothing else 😳 This morning I asked about the other menu items and was told that they don’t have them. People don’t vacation in Vietnam to eat fried eggs and white bread.
At first glance it seems like a great deal. However, I would spend a few dollars more to be near the beach and closer to the city center, where authentic Vietnamese food is offered.

Positive points: The room is really big and the bed is comfortable. The view from our room is amazing with the river and the green. The owner is a kind woman. She helped to book a taxi for us to Da Nang, and the price was cheap.

Review: This villa is a little bit far from the old town, but if you have a motorbike to travel around during your time in Hoi An, this place is still very good choice. The room is big and spacious, the staff is accommodating, and they serve simple but delicious breakfasts. There is a small outdoor pool for kids if you want to have time relaxing.

Positive points: Linh, the manager was kind and took care of booking additional activities for me when I asked her. She recommended great local places like cafe, vegetarian bistro, tailor etc.
The room was quite big, as was the bathroom.
Breakfast was freshly made and there were a few options to choose from.
I arrived early in the morning and requested earlier check in, which was possible. Good value for money.

Positive points: The location with the balcony facing the river was amazing. Quiet but close to downtown.

4. The riverside hotel has a peaceful entrance and is not as noisy as in the old town.

6. Breakfast offers a selection of delicious specialties from Hội An.

Positive points: It was clean and quiet. We were there on new years and the rest of the town was so loud with music. It was nice to return to some peace

Positive points: The Blue Rivee Boutique is a stunning Villa with river views and a peaceful environment. Sitting pool and riverside with a coffee in the morning is a great way to start the day. Linh is an amazing and accommodating host. Feels like a family home. You can't beat the price with breakfast included.
