Review: The hotel is small but very Hue, the rooms are clean and fully equipped. The price is reasonable. It is very suitable for families, and it's very convenient to travel to Hoi An. Taking a golf cart to the inner area and visiting Memories of Hoi An is also reasonable.

Positive points: Great location a short walk to the centre with a mini-mart nearby.

One thing to pay attention to - my type of room faces the road, where traffic is active even at very late time, it was difficult to sleep and rest inside due to the noise of the bikes.

Positive points: Auntie was so kind and sweet, so helpful and accomodating. Rooms were large and clean, great value for money just outside the main part of Hoi Ann.

Review: Nice room, decent wifi, the lady working the lobby was friendly

Positive points: The place was so updated and so clean! It’s also in a great location just over the bridge into old town, about a 10 min walk. The owner was so nice and always around! She gave me stuff to cut up the fruit I bought and got us an airport taxi. I would stay here again 100%

Review: The room looks nicer in the picture, and it's very clean and comfortable as well. The owner's mother is very friendly and welcoming to guests. We asked to borrow an iron, but it was already being borrowed by guests in another room. When they returned it, she brought the iron up to our room for us to use. We are very grateful to her. The hotel is located between the old town and the Memory Island in Hoi An. Our group rented bicycles to ride around, which was very convenient and fun. Everyone should try the experience of cycling in Hoi An.

Positive points: The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, always willing to assist with any request. The location is fantastic - it's just a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and there are many restaurants and a mart nearby. I loved having a well-stocked minibar in my room with very reasonable prices. The drinks were replenished daily. The Wi-Fi wasn't always stable and some days working was challenging, but there's a great cafe called Olivier on the same block with strong Wi-Fi and great vibes, perfect to work, so that was not a problem.

Bloody great place and spot..

Positive points: Lovely family run hotel. A 10 minute stroll from the old town in a quiet area. Comfy beds, excellent air con and a good shower.
The rooms are nicely decorated as in photos.

Whilst the street is quiet there are still plenty of local restaurants on the street and marts for water and snacks.

Positive points: Excellent stay in Hoi An and great value for money! I liked it so much that when I left to get an accommodation by the beach, I returned here after one night because everything was much, much better! The beds are super comfy, the shower is large and sparkling clean and the location is perfect, walking distance to the old city.
Plus, the family is amazing. The lady there was always excited to see me and at the end of my trip, she felt like family to me. I would definitely return here if I am ever back in Hoi An.

Review: We payed for an extra night, so that we could sleep after our sleeper bus arrived early. The owner’s mom opened the door for us at 5am, so that we could check in & go to bed - so lovely!!
The rooms are really clean and modern. We really enjoyed our stay.
The only issue was the WiFi was temperamental, but we coped.
