Hoi An Garden Villas

Review: Na really made our stay. Always full of suggestions for sightseeing and organising cars and bikes for transport. She even managed to fix my old shoes! And always with a big smile. We would have no hesitation in staying again.

Positive points: Super cute staff and an amazing property! Peaceful location just 20 minutes from town, with cozy beds and a lovely family running the place. Felt safe and well cared for—Naa was especially helpful and hardworking. WiFi is okay, but everything else was perfect. Highly recommend!

Positive points: The service was exceptional and especially Na who was so helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and accommodated our dietary restrictions. They gave us bikes to use, helped us with planning and travel arrangements plus our laundry. The grounds were beautiful and the center of town was only a 10 minute bike ride. This was a great deal.

Review: My husband already stayed 2yrs ago and left his money there.
The host Vu huong(?) gave money back soon so we really appriciate.
It makes us to go here again.
Thankfully the host is still there and my husband gave Korean traditional gift for showing our thanks.
Really thank you for last events and this cozy stay.

Review: A wonderful property, just like being home away from home, situated between the Old Town and the Beach in a quit neighbourhood. The staff are gracious and the rooms large and very comfortable. You felt like you were at home in your own resort. The breakfast was exceptional and service great. Bicycles free to use. I really recommend this pearl.

Positive points: Well located between Old Town & beach. Free use of bikes essential to explore beyond the ‘touristy’ areas. Freshly prepared breakfast. What makes this place though is Na - always smiling, full of local knowledge, prepared to help you in any way 😊

Review: Wonderful short bike ride into town, nice distance from on of the beaches. Had a wonderful time, the breakfast was always delightful. I am happy I found this place.

Positive points: Na was the best host you could ask for, always friendly with a smile on her face and keen to help in any way possible. The pool area was lovely to chill out when we weren’t feeling 100%. Would highly recommend!

Review: Nice pool, free bike!you can go anywhere

Positive points: Location is ideal. Half way between beach and old town. inexpensive to go to both either by Grab or Taxi. Or better yet ride a bicycle they provide at no cost.
But the staff make the place. Na and her helpers are just fantastic and extremely helpful in every way.
Not our first time there and won’t be our last.

Review: Very nice room, and a comfortable bed. We chose this place because we don't like twin beds that are pushed together to make a "double", and the information was clearly "a double".
Bathroom could do with brightening up a bit, but the stone bath was good for 2 and the water was hot.
No problems with wifi etc, but the only real facility worth mentioning is the swimming pool.
The hotel arranged a car for us, and a motorbike, and there no problems.
Generally, at this price, I am looking for "no problems" and not outstanding luxury, so the hotel fitted exactly what we wanted.

Positive points: Beautiful accomodation. The staff were just lovely, gave us so much info about things to do/where to go. Such a peaceful property which great pool. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Room was very big and clean and bed so comfortable. Bikes also complimentary with stay which was very convenient. Airport transfers available at extra cost but were smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Review: Always excited to stay here the staff are beautiful Trang and Tram make you welcome the owners are generous. The rooms are huge the pool refreshing breakfast is all you should need add with that free bike use. Ability to have a car meet you at the airport Hoi An Town is a short bike ride away or taxi . I have stayed here 3 times now and every time it's a delight. Looking forward to next year!

Positive points: We had an exceptional stay for one month. Excellent service, care, great facilities all made us feel very welcome. Na, the receptionist, was outstanding who attended everything efficiently.. This is our third visit to Hoi An Garden Villas and we will return. Perfectly located between the old town and beach, it is just the best place to stay.
